New Mexico Guided Bear Hunt
The excitement of your New Mexico Guided Bear Hunt is pursuing one of North Americas largest predators, in the beautiful high country of northern New Mexico behind a pack of highly trained and experienced hounds is truly a unique and amazing experience!
Our bear hunts take place in the fall, the season runs from September 25 to Nov. 15. There is no draw for licenses, they are unlimited and can be purchased online. The excitement of pursuing one of North Americas largest predators, in the beautiful high country of northern New Mexico behind a pack of highly trained and experienced hounds is truly a unique and amazing experience!
Our hounds are hard hunting, proven bear dogs, it is a very rare day that we don’t tree at least one bear. Our success rate on these hunts is very high with an excellent chance to take a color phase bear.
Accommodations: Wall tents, sleeping tents are equipped with cots, foam pads, propane heat and light. There is a separate cook/dining tent. We supply food, beverages and snacks during the hunt. Camp is accessible by vehicle.
Terrain: 8000-9500 ft. in elevation, although it is mountainous it is not extremely rugged.
Weapon Type: You can hunt with a center-fire rifle or handgun or a bow.
Hunt Cost: 4 day hunt $4200.00 plus 7% sales tax
License Fee: $334.00
